臺北市私立金甌女中多媒體設計科張婷婷老師，以創新教案「撞出自信色彩，撞色青年電影節」獲得111年度國教署創新教學工作－創新教學個人獎優選，為所有獲獎教師中唯一的一位私立學校教師！
張婷婷老師表示，這份創新教案啟蒙於之前服務的學校，那裡的孩子對於學習這件事不是那麼積極，甚至帶有負面觀感。為了扭轉學生學習的困境，她花了一年的時間與孩子們聊天，認識他們的生命故事，並邀請他們的主要照顧者（不一定都是父母）穿上正式西裝一同見證孩子們的創造力。所以這份教案最特別的地方是，它一直就不是為了得獎而生，電影節當天，看到照顧者泛紅的眼眶，才完整了它的價值。

「撞出自信色彩，撞色青年電影節」旨在啟發學生的創造力與表現力，透過提供舞台與業界觀點融入評量的形式，讓孩子有自信地為自己發聲。張老師發現沒有自信已是多數孩子的特徵，尤其臺北市有更大的升學壓力、更多的分數定義、更急促的人群流動，孩子只能被推擠向前。她們沈默，不代表沒有想法。在金甌與許多老師交流後，更堅定了開發跨領域女性影展課程的念頭，讓金甌的女孩能有一個多媒體舞台，釋放自己的才華，讓學習回歸本質，熱愛學習、珍惜自己！
猶記得在決選當日，張婷婷老師邀請畢業學長姊們到現場與金甌女孩對話，學長姊告訴臺北市的女孩：「如果妳資源豐沛，請成為比我們更有能力的人，並幫助他人。」撞色青年電影節獲得優選，讓張老師更有勇氣在金甌女中繼續敘說另一段撞色青年的故事。
